Junie has led businesses to market domination, exponential growth, and successful exits, transforming startups into thriving enterprises and building legacy businesses. Junie is deeply committed to pro-bono initiatives, providing financial training for small businesses and volunteering as a strategist for community organizations. A staunch advocate for women's leadership development, she is a founding member of the Northwest chapter of the Network of Executive Women and actively contributes to talent development programs.
